You'll join the Treasury team responsible for cash management, liquidity forecasting, financial risk management , and banking relationships.As the Treasury Internship, you will have the unique opportunity to partner with Treasury and Finance experts and support a dynamic team across its primary functions. You will have the unique opportunity to gain a broad range of experience in the many elements that contribute to the daily operations of a multi-faceted enterprise and develop critical business competencies through various tasks. During this internship, you may assist with the following duties:Responsibilities:Assist with bank account reconciliations and reportingParticipate/observe in meetings with external banks and financial institutionsAssist with the bank account management including administration of bank account authorities and signatories, documenting and tracking bank accounts by institution and entity, completing and updating banking documents, and ensuring proper documentation is in placeContribute to the implementation of a bank account management system, assisting with system setup and ensuring data integritySupport the implementation of a bank fee analysis system, including gathering and organizing bank fee data, and identifying opportunities for cost savingsContribute to the preparation of treasury reports and presentations for senior managementHelp with various ad-hoc treasury/cash management and finance projects as neededParticipate in process improvements and optimize treasury operationsSkills and abilities of the ideal candidate:Strong interest in corporate finance and treasury functionsExcellent analytical skills and attention to detailStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applicationsAbility to work independently at times with some direction & manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalismJob-Related Requirements:Facilities to work remotely, including private or semi-private workspaceAccess to high-speed internetTechnology will be providedEducation Level:3rd year/4th year CollegeDegree Target:Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or EconomicsProgram Dates:June 2nd to Aug 8th (You must be able to work the full 10 weeks)#LI-VISIONCARECompensation range for the role is listed below.
