at Visa.Job DescriptionThe Director of Business Conduct will lead
and support investigations related to alleged violations of Visa
policy or law. The Director will be responsible for leading all
aspects of an investigation's lifecycle, including providing
support with metrics/reporting. In addition, the Director will be
expected to work collaboratively across multiple functions at Visa
such as Legal, Compliance, People Team, Employee Relations,
Internal Audit, Sourcing, Cyber Security and Finance.Job
Responsibilities
*10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at
least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g.
Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a
PhD
Preferred Qualifications
*12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or
8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters,
MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
*10-12 years of experience in an Ethics & Compliance, Employee
Relations
and/or Employment Law role
*Preferred qualifications - JD, CFE, Employment Law experience
*Experience conducting internal investigations including intake,
investigation,
resolution and summary reports
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including
delivery of concise
executive level updates to Legal and key stakeholders
*Excellent data analytic skills
*Proactive, highly responsive, sensitive to highly confidentiality
concerns, ability
to empathize while maintaining professional objectivity, adapt to
cultural
differences of employees in complex global environment,
collaborative in
close team environment, diplomatic, and flexible in adapting to
occasional
changes in case priorities
*Proficient with database and case management systems (example:
NAVEX)
and tools
*Experience drafting, updating and implementing compliance-related
policies
*Ability to work independently and use good judgment while also
collaborating
frequently with BCO team members and others in
Legal/Compliance/People
Team
*Facilitate development and analysis of case-related metrics and
statistics to
identify issue or regional trends and remediationAdditional
InformationWork Hours: Varies upon the needs of the
department.Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10%
of the time.Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be
performed in an office setting. The position will require the
incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by
telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as

salary range for a new hire into this position is 161,500.00 to
210,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales
incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on
job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills,
experience, and location. In addition, this position may be
eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits
