make care make more sense.The RoleYou lead your product through its
full lifecycle - from idea to development to launch and to
exceeding the user and business goals of the product. You blend
user needs, market data, and business goals and apply technology to
deliver products which are useful and innovative. You execute
cross-functionally by working with Engineering, Design, Marketing,
and Operations and Commercial teams. You have deep technical
knowledge and experience.What You'll Do
- Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute product
strategies that align with user needs, company objectives, and
market dynamics.
- Market Knowledge: Always be up to date on markets, competition,
and user needs to inform product development.
- Product Development: Lead the product development process,
including defining product requirements, creating roadmaps, and
leading execution of plans.
- Product Launch and Performance: Oversee product launches,
monitor performance, and iterate on features and product experience
based on usage and market metrics.
- Establish and track key performance metrics to measure the
success and impact of Abridge's products on the enterprise. Our
products are purchased by enterprise organizations.
- Communicate effectively at all levels, including with Abridge
executives, internal teams, customers, and other external
stakeholders.What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or relevant scientific field
(e.g. Engineering, Computer Science/Machine Learning, Data Science,
Mathematics)
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or a related
field, with strong preference for experience with technology or
AI-driven products
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Track record developing and delivering products successfully
and driving user engagement
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to
drive decisions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder
management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, and build
alignment across diverse teams including engineering, design,
business, and customer-facing teamsBase Salary: $175,000 USD -
$245,000+ USD per year + EquityThe salary range provided is based
on transparent pay guidelines and is an estimate for candidates
residing in the San Francisco and New York City metro areas. The
actual base salary will vary depending on the candidate's location,
relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related
factors. Additionally, this role may include the opportunity to
participate in a company stock option plan as part of the total
compensation package.Must be willing to work from our SF office at
least 3x per weekThis position requires a commitment to a hybrid
work model, with the expectation of coming into the office a
minimum of (3) three times per week. Relocation assistance is
available for candidates willing to move to San Francisco.Must be
