Accounts Billing Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Billing & Accounts Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and reconcile payment collections, addressing failed or disputed payments
Serve as a point of contact for account or billing issues and provide reports on accounts receivable
Engage in retention efforts and process account closures while troubleshooting payment issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
Relevant experience in FinTech, finance, or accounting recommended
Familiarity with billing platforms, such as Stripe, is a plus
Minimum of 1 year of work experience required
