Natcast (short for The National Center for the Advancement of Semiconductor Technology) is a new, purpose-built, non-profit entity created to operate the National Semiconductor Technology Center (NSTC) consortium, established by the CHIPS Act of the U.S. government.Working at Natcast represents an opportunity to help extend America's leadership in semiconductor technology, significantly reduce the time and cost of moving from idea to commercialization, and build and sustain a semiconductor workforce development ecosystem.These efforts to advance semiconductor technology and seed new industries built on the capabilities of a wide range of advanced chips hold the potential to benefit the country and the world for generations to come.Senior Semiconductor Manufacturing Pricing ManagerIn this role you will develop and execute sophisticated pricing strategies for Natcast's semiconductor manufacturing initiatives, creating data-driven frameworks that optimize value while advancing America's semiconductor capabilities.Every day you will analyze complex market dynamics and competitive landscapes, working across research, manufacturing, and member partnerships to develop pricing strategies that balance innovation support with sustainable operations.To thrive in this role you must combine deep semiconductor industry knowledge with strategic pricing expertise, demonstrating both analytical precision and business acumen while developing frameworks that support Natcast's unique public-private mission.Responsibilities:

• Architect comprehensive pricing strategies supporting Natcast's semiconductor manufacturing initiatives and member engagement.
• Develop sophisticated pricing models that balance public mission requirements with operational sustainability.
• Lead market intelligence efforts analyzing semiconductor manufacturing costs, competitive dynamics, and industry trends.
• Create and implement internal controls ensuring pricing compliance across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Direct cross-functional collaboration to align pricing strategies with technical capabilities and member needs.
• Design and maintain pricing analytics frameworks supporting data-driven decision making.
• Generate strategic pricing recommendations for senior leadership based on market analysis and member feedback.
• Establish pricing performance metrics and monitoring systems across different service categories.
• Guide development of pricing tools and systems supporting efficient decision making.
• Create clear communication frameworks explaining pricing strategies to diverse stakeholders.
• Monitor global semiconductor manufacturing trends affecting pricing dynamics.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in pricing methodologies and processes.Required Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years experience in strategic pricing or related functions within the Semiconductor industry.
• Strong background in data analytics and statistical analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in pricing strategy development related to semiconductor research and manufacturing environments.
• Semiconductor manufacturing cost modeling experience with a foundry pricing background preferred.
• Excellence in financial modeling and analysis.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with business intelligence tools.
• Proven stakeholder management abilities.
• Track record of successful pricing initiatives.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
