Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Billing Representative -
REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
Research, resolve, and document inbound calls from patients,
providers, and health plan companies
Investigate payment status and collect outstanding balances while
providing financial assistance options
Answer billing questions and ensure prompt and accurate call
resolution
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a call center
environment
Minimum 1 year of experience in the healthcare or medical
industry
Minimum 1 year of billing experience preferred
Ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications
