Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsThe Divisional Controller will lead the profit and loss for one of KLA's major divisions, offering continuous career growth and a collaborative team environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and provide financial support to the Business Unit General Manager.
• Partner with senior leaders to understand business requirements and investment needs, developing a deep understanding of cost drivers and P&Ls for their groups.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Applications, Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to support strategy, planning, budgeting, and long-term engineering development roadmaps. Lead and drive spend vs. target alignment.
• Understand changes in manufacturing activities, including headcount planning, production capacity, and inventory controls.
• Monitor changes in the cost of service for the division, including installation and service expenses.
• Be responsible for the quarter-end close process, including variance analysis of actuals vs. forecasts, balance sheet review, and reconciliations.
• Run and develop a dedicated finance team of financial analysts.
• Analyze customer deals and sales trends, including product transitions.
• Review and improve financial and business models to provide insights for business improvement decisions.Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Level Degree and work experience of 8 years or Master's Level Degree and work experience of 6 years
