the roleWe are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and
collaborative Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to support
our global Sales Development organization. This role sits at the
intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution - helping to
drive operational excellence, performance management, and strategic
planning for one of the most critical growth engines in the
business.You will be a key business partner to Sales Development
leadership and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales,
RevOps, Finance, and Systems teams to ensure we are maximizing the
impact of our SDR organization across the funnel. The ideal
candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment and
is passionate about using data and structure to enable scale.What
you will do
- Partner with Sales Development leadership to define org
structure, KPIs, headcount plans, and success metrics across
regions and segments.
- Drive capacity planning, coverage modeling, and
inbound/outbound resource allocation for SDRs.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reporting
frameworks, and operational cadences to monitor rep productivity
and funnel conversion.
- Lead the annual and quarterly planning process for SDRs,
including goal setting, incentive design input, territory
alignment, and budget planning.
- Identify and scope strategic projects to improve lead
conversion, pipeline generation, and outbound program
effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to support alignment
on MQL/SQL definitions, SLAs, and lead routing processes.
- Partner with Revenue Operations peers (e.g., Systems,
Analytics, Territory Ops) to drive scalable process improvements
and systems enhancements.
- Support change management efforts as we scale SDR programs
across regions and segments.What you will need
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations,
or GTM Operations roles in a B2B SaaS company, ideally with
exposure to SDR/BDR orgs.
- Strong business acumen and experience translating strategic
goals into executable operational plans.
- Proven track record of working cross-functionally to improve
sales development productivity and pipeline performance.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills with fluency in
Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and relevant GTM tech stack
(e.g., Outreach, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Gong).
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence - capable
of influencing and partnering with senior leadership.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities in a

salary for US-based employees will be aligned with one of the
ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your

someone's compensation-including a candidate's professional
background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary
from the amounts listed below.The pay range for this role
is:117,000 - 204,750 USD per year (US San Francisco Bay Area)
