Job Description:

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our Santa Rosa Branch. The office administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's administrative functions while providing essential support to flooring installers, retail business partners, and customers. This position requires a proactive and organized individual who can manage office tasks, and maintain effective communication in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: 1. Office Duties: Manage incoming and outgoing communications, emails, and phone calls. 2. Support for Flooring Installers and Flooring Contractors: Assist with scheduling installations and assignments. Maintain project documentation and work orders Provide information and updates to installers and contractors as needed 3. Retail Business Partner Collaboration: Respond to inquiries from business partners by email or phone. Collaborate with the JW management team to ensure accurate and timely information sharing. 4. Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally by email or phone. Provide product information and guidance to customers, assisting in their decision-making process. 5. Administrative Tasks: Assist in preparing installation paperwork during morning dispatch. Assist with maintaining a clean and organized office environment. Qualifications: Bi-Lingual Spanish speaker - a plus Working experience in office administration, customer service, or related roles is a plus. Organizational and multitasking skills. Comfortable using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and mobile tablets Verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
