We are looking to add a brilliant, entrepreneurial AI Staff Software Engineer to the team!Our Gen AI journey:Founded in 2017, we shipped multiple NLP/ML product iterations pre-chatGPT. In 2023 we rebuilt our core AI platform using GenAI.We have more than 15 unique LLM use-cases in production with 10+ LLMs under the hood. We have shipped multiple first-of-its-kind customer experiences including video workflow analysis, natural language analytics, complex table parsing, and table-matching. To date, we have processed 600,000+ documents through our GenAI platform.You will enjoy this role if:

• Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable full-stack software systems to solve complex business problems.
• Work closely with product, design, and other engineering teams to uncover requirements and deliver high-quality features.
• Write, review, and maintain clean, maintainable Python code, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of cloud-native software systems.
• Keep up to date with the latest advancements in software engineering tools and methodologies, particularly as relates to AI and LLMs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing production-grade Python applications and building scalable, enterprise-grade software systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex full-stack features, from backend services to responsive user interfaces.
  • Experience mentoring engineers and raising the bar for technical excellence.
  • Ability to hold strong opinions but remain humble and flexible, always open to learning and adapting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate through complex technical challenges.
