Please note this position will be 100% on-site and based on the
Stanford campus.From benchtop research to international programs,
the Department of Surgery provides exceptional patient care,
delivers outstanding undergraduate and graduate education, and
furthers the field of surgery through innovative basic science and
clinical research.Stanford University, one of Silicon Valley's
largest and unique institutions, seeks an Administrative
Coordinator (AA3) to provide complex administrative support to key
faculty leadership and the Sr. Administrative Division Director in
the Division of Abdominal Transplantation within the Department of
Surgery. This position requires an individual who can work under
general direction in performance of their duties. Within a dynamic
environment and under minimal direction, the candidate will
anticipate the needs to proactively solve problems and/or
independently handle issues. Candidate will have strong business
acumen, ability to multi-task, be extremely organized & detailed,
self-motivated; team oriented, and must hold masterful
communication skills that allow high-level interactions with a
diverse academic and medical community.Duties include:
