Expect
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of end markets to determine
Total Available Market (TAM), Serviceable Available Market (SAM),
and Share of Market (SOM).
- Gather and analyze data from various sources, including
industry reports, market research, and internal sales data.
- Develop market forecasts and models to predict future market
trends and opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market
positioning to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior
management, summarizing market insights and strategic
recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and
engineering teams to align market analysis with business
strategies.
- Conduct customer surveys and interviews to gather insights on
market needs and preferences.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies and business
plans based on market analysis.
- Develop and implement product positioning strategies to
differentiate semiconductor products in the market.
- Create and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches,
including pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life,
ensuring alignment with market demands and business
objectives.
- Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and
information to effectively sell semiconductor products.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive product awareness
and demand.What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business,
Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is
preferred.
- 5-10 years of semiconductor industry market analysis and
product marketing.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to
interpret complex data and market trends.
- Understanding of semiconductor products and technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the
ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively
communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and
other stakeholders.
- Ability to translate difficult technical concepts into simple,
easy-to-understand language for non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in market analysis tools and software, such as
Excel, Tableau, or similar.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and
reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and
collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think
strategically.Expected Base Pay Range (USD)133,500 - 200,000, $ per
annumThe successful candidate's starting base pay will be
determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications,
work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range
for this role may be modified based on market conditions.Additional
