Job Description:
A company is looking for a Marketing Automation & Email
Specialist to join their marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and execute email marketing campaigns, including
promotional emails and nurture sequences
Create and manage automated marketing workflows in Pardot to
support lead nurturing and customer retention
Analyze email and campaign performance and present actionable
insights to the team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a
related field
2+ years of hands-on experience with Pardot
Basic HTML/CSS skills for email customization
Strong understanding of email marketing principles and customer
segmentation
Proficiency in using Pardot features and basic knowledge of
Salesforce CRM
