Job Description:
A company is looking for a High School History Teacher for a
fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Individualize the History curriculum and facilitate student
progression through regular feedback and assessment
Provide 1:1 coaching to a cohort of students, supporting their
personal, academic, and social development
Teach elective courses and collaborate with colleagues to improve
the program and support students
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Demonstrated passion for History
Experience as a mentor, coach, or advisor of adolescents
Commitment to the pursuit of truth and student development
Willingness to learn and adapt to a Montessori-inspired teaching
approach
Interest in joining a growing and ambitious educational program
