Utilize data analysis to ensure compliance with sales processes and
improve internal practices
Guide and train employees in sales processes and lead large,
complex project initiatives
Required Qualifications
Mastery level knowledge typically obtained through advanced
education and extensive experience
University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 12
years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with 8 years; or
a PhD with 5 years of experience
Recognized expert in the professional discipline
Experience in implementing strategic goals
Ability to manage undefined and complex problems
