Working at Obsidian means contributing to an industry-leading cybersecurity product in an environment where customer satisfaction, privacy, and data ethics are paramount.About the Team:DevOps/SRE focuses on providing an end to end service to turn software into live services.We work closely with Engineering, QE and Customer Support teams to continuously improve engineering productivity and service reliability.About the Role:

• Join this highly motivated team to maintain the service quality of Obsidian Security customer-facing SAAS services.
• Address tough problems, such as scalability, stability and visibility.
• Work with the engineering team to define the service verification method and implement it as a stage of CI/CD pipeline to ensure SLA (99.99%) is achievable.
• Work with the engineering team and DevOps team to improve overall CI/CD user experience, including but not limited to workflow and performance improvements.
• Take on call shift with the team.
• Monitor and optimize performance, scalability, and cost efficiency of cloud infrastructure and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues in production environments.About You:
  • 3+ years DevOps/SRE working experience in GCP/AWS for SAAS services.
  • Computer science or related engineering degrees.
  • Coding experience with one compute language, preferably Golang or Python.
  • Good experience on GCP/AWS and SAAS.
  • Good experience on Kubernetes, auto-scaling, and version upgrading.
  • Being familiar with Kafka, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, ScyllaDB, Databricks, Dagster, Sentry, Kong, Prometheus is a plus.Employee Benefits:Our competitive benefits packages are designed to support our employees' well-being, both at work and at home.
