• Lead and influence the evolution of our front-end ecosystem and development practices.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance front-end architectures across our ecosystem, contributing to our design systems and NPM modules.
• Own key areas like scalability, authentication, and system architecture while building in an environment-agnostic fashion.
• Take full ownership of projects, from design to deployment through to maintenance.
• Support production systems, debugging issues to maintain reliability and uptime.
• Stay adaptable, learning new languages and technologies as needed.Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, delivering enterprise-level products.
  • Strong coding skills with a focus on robust architectures and system design.
  • Proficiency in modern front-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, TypeScript, React, Tailwind).
  • Experience in iterative, agile development processes in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, working closely with design, ML, and product teams.
  • Expertise in debugging and supporting distributed production systems.
  • Growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to adopt new tools and technologies.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with AI and Generative AI technologies is a plus.
    • Experience with real-time collaborative text editors.
    • Meaningful contributions to open-source projects.
