Job Description:

Responsibility:

• Early engineering involvement for new project development through NPI to mass production
• Drive day-to-day activities to meet overall project objectives
• Create and maintain project schedules
• Possess strong presentation skills
• Collaborate and facilitate communication across PM, engineering, quality, operations managers, to meet very aggressive cost, schedule, and quality goals
• Lead multi-functional communication between project teams and customers
• Provide timely issue resolution and critical path management
• Work with PM to establish pricing strategy
• Present FAI/Cpk data, PPAP report to customers and coordinate new part approval
• Understand technical issues and drive them to closure by bringing together key partners for decision making
• Work as a team to handle quality issues, rework from warehouse or assembly line as requiredOther Requirements:
• Familiar with Windows and CAD software; experience and knowledge in CFD software (thermal and aerodynamics) is a plus
• Good interpersonal communication skills, self-motivated, team player
