Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
2+ years in a technical role such as Customer Success Engineer or
similar
Expertise in API integrations, SSO systems, and generative AI
customization
Proficiency in modern web technologies and data tools
Experience in documenting systems and creating scalable
frameworks
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a customer-first
approach
