There is never a dull moment with us.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsJob duties, but not limited to:--- Perform set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.--- Determine and may develop test specifications, methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings, and diagrams.--- Test and troubleshoot assemblies and/or final systems, and complete rework on assemblies and/or systems because of testing.--- Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems. May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.--- Work on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.--- Perform ongoing daily work with minimal instruction, and with general instructions on newly introduced assignments.--- May provide work assignment direction and technical training to peers.Qualifications (What we need to see):--- Ability to work in a clean room environment is required.--- Experience with systems development and testing, including formulating system level requirements, test specifications and test results.--- Hands on experience using Oscilloscopes and DVM analysis tools and equipment is preferred.--- Use and manipulate a variety of fine adjustment hand tools, torque wrenches and calipers.--- Work effectively across different functional teams in different locations.--- Demonstrate excellent written and oral interpersonal skills in English.--- Demonstrate excellent organization skills, with a logical approach to problem solving, good time management and task prioritization.--- Dedicated and able to work with a minimum of supervision.--- Demonstrated ability to work with little or no instruction on routine work, and with general instructions on new assignments.--- Prior hands-on experience testing digital and/or analog components and systems.--- Demonstrate the ability to read and comprehend complicated drawings, mathematics, and handbook formulas, and use a variety of testing and measuring instruments.--- Willingness to learn, collaborate effectively within and across teams, and strive for continuous improvement.--- LabView, Linux and MS Office suite software knowledge is a plus--- Willing to work extended hours, including weekends.--- Ability to stand, sit, bend, and periodically lift to 50 pounds with assistance.Minimum QualificationsRequires a minimum of 4 years of related experience orBase Pay Range: $27.89 - $47.41 Per HourPrimary Location: USA-CA-Milpitas-KLAKLA's total rewards package for employees may also include participation in performance incentive programs and eligibility for additional benefits including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, life, and other voluntary benefits, 401(K) including company matching, employee stock purchase program (ESPP), student debt assistance, tuition reimbursement program, development and career growth opportunities and programs, financial planning benefits, wellness benefits including an employee assistance program (EAP), paid time off and paid company holidays, and family care and bonding leave.Interns are eligible for some of the benefits listed.
