Job Description:
A company is looking for a Developer Success Engineer -
East.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers and open-source users,
diagnosing and resolving issues related to installations and
deployments
Lead customer onboarding and develop training content to facilitate
seamless adoption of the platform
Improve documentation and tooling while providing feedback to
enhance product quality
Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience in technical support or a similar
role
Proficiency in Python
Hands-on experience with distributed systems, containerized
environments, and cloud platforms
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical
challenges independently
Proactive mindset for engaging with customer issues and driving
improvement
