Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. AI Engineer to design and deploy
advanced AI models for real-world business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of large-scale
production systems using LLMs and VLMs
Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models for specific business
needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven
features and solutions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, AI
development, or a related field
3+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and VLMs, including
fine-tuning and deploying models
Experience building scalable AI pipelines for training and
deployment in production environments
Strong understanding of MLOps best practices, including CI/CD
pipelines and model versioning
Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine
Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
