Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Order to Cash to lead
invoicing and collections efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor the Accounts Receivable team, developing
strategies to improve collections
Oversee the end-to-end invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and
timeliness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and
mitigate risks in invoicing and collections
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration,
or related field
12+ years of experience in invoicing, collections, or accounts
receivable
Experience in a growth-oriented organization with a global
footprint
Deep understanding of accounting principles and credit/collections
processes
Strong foundation in process improvement methodologies such as Lean
or Six Sigma
