We are excited to bring an opening for a player coach role to cover
our West Coast Commercial Card Portfolio. This role will have a
team reporting to them while also contributing as a Commercial Card
Payables Consultant.
Achieves sales and other targets established by business plans.
Continuously assesses and improves the work processes for sales and
service management, risk management and compliance within
prescribed limits to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
Optimizes opportunities through deal teams and sales calls,
maximizing business success. Influences the strategic direction of
the line of business assisting with the development, prioritization
and implementation of business, technology, sales and service,
channel optimization and enhanced customer experience.
Qualifications:
Salary: $120,000.00 - $222,600.00
Pay Type: Salaried

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills,
experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may
include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will
be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For
commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial
Group's expected target for the first year in this position.
BMO Financial Group's total compensation package will vary based on
the pay type of the position and may include performance-based
incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and
