OverviewPosition Overview:Reporting to the Sr. Project Manager,
PMO, Delivery & Transformation in the USA in the planning and
execution of assigned projects according to deadlines and budget
constraints. Helps organizing project teams to execute project
plans, ensuring project goals and objectives are met. Works with
key stakeholders to capture project objectives and oversee quality
control throughout implementation. To succeed in this role, you
should have excellent time management and communication skills, as
you'll collaborate with internal teams to deliver results on
deadlines.Your Impact:Develop task lists or project schedules in
alignment with the scope and objectives defined in the Statement of
WorkCoordinate technical resources as needed to provide support or
ensure delivery of a successful solution, depending on the
agreement with the clientServe as the primary point of contact for
the project team for the engagementCollaborate or escalate as
required to address business or technical issues related to the
projectManage and maintain project information in the appropriate
systemsGenerate reports and produce internal project-related
deliverablesPartner with Project Managers as required to provide
administrative/coordination support or assist with the production
of project deliverablesDevelop project scope, goals, risks, and
deliverables including project dependencies, project plans, project
timelines and milestonesTo manage, track and resolve cross-project
dependencies, risks, issues/conflicts, and change requests to
endureHold and/or attend regular project meetings and
teleconferences associated with assigned projectsUpdate Smartsheet
dashboards, Smartsheet action items, project plan and status
reportsMay participate in the strategic planning activities for the
assigned areaReviews current systems and processes for possible
improvements and implements process changes as
appropriateAdministers the project approach, structure, and charter
through the establishment of project requirements and
planningCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation, plans and
reportsHigh degree of professionalism, especially when faced with
critical and intense situationsCommunicate proactively with all
involved personnel, identify problems, create solutions, and
implement efficiency improvementsWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree
in science, business, technology, or related field preferredOne to
two years of experience in enterprise-level project management or
project coordination implementing smaller scale projectsTechnical
experience; SharePoint, Visio, PowerPoint, and ExcelFamiliarity
with JIRA, Smartsheet applicationKnowledge of project management
practices and techniques, including plan development, scope and
change control management, work breakdown structure, budget
control, risk management, change management, communication
management, status reporting, vendor resource management, impact
analysis, stakeholder management, and issue
control/managementProficient in the use Microsoft Office
applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & MS
Project)Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, juggle
and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often
against tight deadlinesMust possess strong communication (Written &
Verbal), presentation, collaboration, and negotiation
