Job Description:
A company is looking for an Affiliate/Partnerships Manager to
lead and grow its global affiliate program and co-marketing
partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of affiliate and partnership specialists,
setting clear KPIs and performance expectations
Grow and manage the affiliate program through data-driven
strategies and innovative acquisition campaigns
Identify and establish co-marketing partnerships to expand reach
and foster long-term relationships with key partners
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and partnerships,
including team management
Proven track record of building and scaling affiliate/partnership
programs for subscriptions globally
Experience in the finance or investing industry
Practical experience with affiliate platforms such as Everflow,
Impact, or CJ Affiliate
Experience managing and growing a high-performing team
