Business Process.
Key Responsibilities
Lead analyses exploring complex business problems using internal
and external data
Mentor and develop a high-performing team focused on healthcare
financial and operational data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure analyses and
generate insights for business improvement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Computer
Science, IT, IS, or a related field required; Master's
preferred
5 to 10 years of health plan analytics experience with technical
expertise and business knowledge
5 years of experience in presenting analytic results
5 years of experience in healthcare data analysis and information
reporting
5 years of experience with SQL and Tableau / Power BI
