Job Description:

A company is looking for a Principal Partner Relationship Manager, Reseller.

Key Responsibilities

Create a differentiated value proposition for the reseller channel to drive growth
Drive sales growth through enablement, training, pipeline management, and marketing
Lead business reviews with resellers, developing KPIs and scorecards for accountability

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in sales, partner management, or business development roles
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Seasoned HCM professional with executive presence
Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
Familiarity with Cloud technologies and HCM solutions
