Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Operations Manager, Patient
Enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement workflows to enhance patient engagement and
retention
Oversee a team of Enrollment Specialists and collaborate with
Marketing to deliver a seamless patient experience
Manage key reports and track data to refine operational processes
and achieve enrollment goals
Required Qualifications
Proven success in operational roles in digital healthcare,
preferably within provider organizations
Familiarity with clinical concepts and protocols; medical training
or credentials are a plus
Experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing healthcare
professionals
Analytical mindset to map data for clinical operations and quality
assurance
Comfort with technology and product development to support
operational needs
