A company is looking for a Strategic Planning & Operations Senior Manager - Technology & Workforce.



Key Responsibilities

Serve as a thought partner in dedicated process areas, developing recommendations and delivering presentations to senior leadership
Deliver program level planning and completion of the Tech & Workforce Strategy project and related programs
Identify and quantify current risks to the tech and workforce strategy and lead analysis of resource allocation and project optimization


Required Qualifications

Doctorate degree & 2 years of relevant experience; OR Master's degree & 4 years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor's degree & 6 years of relevant experience; OR Associate degree & 10 years of relevant experience; OR High school diploma/GED and 12 years of relevant experience
Master's Degree preferred
PMP and/or Agile certification
Experience in strategic and operational planning in a multinational organization
Knowledge of digital transformation, technology planning, and workforce optimization
