Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager in the
Transportation Engineering Services Project Management Office
Team.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the lifecycle of new and existing programs,
delivering complex projects aligned with business objectives
Engage stakeholders and partner teams to communicate and impact
critical business initiatives, delivering scalable solutions
Develop and govern KPI reporting for program performance, using
data to drive business decisions and improve operational
excellence
Required Qualifications
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy and communicating results to
senior leadership
Bachelor's degree
Master's degree or MBA in supply chain, business, engineering,
finance, or a related field is preferred
