Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Doctors Hospital of Manteca. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical patient care and assuming responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level.Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide education to patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff, ensuring that care is delivered in a timely and effective manner.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Bachelors or Masters degree preferred)
  • Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of California
  • BLS and ACLS certification
