Job Description:
Inpatient Clinical Social Worker
LP MZ PSYCH INPATIENT Full Time 82073BR Job Summary Under the
general supervision of the Director of Clinical Services and as
part of a multidisciplinary treatment team, the inpatient social
worker's duties include but are not limited to psychosocial
assessment, case management, individual and family therapy and
crisis intervention for patients hospitalized on an acute
psychiatric unit. The social worker will provide timely and
appropriate discharge planning taking into consideration the
patient's individual goals, preferences, needs and resources.
