Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Automation
Operations Team
Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for automation and
carrier technology initiatives
Analyze operational and business performance data to drive
automation efficiency and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in health insurance, benefits
administration, automation, or related fields
5+ years of leadership experience with a proven track record of
driving operational success
Expertise in strategic planning, automation implementation, and
process optimization
Strong understanding of automation technologies and benefits
administration processes
Familiarity with benefits automation tools and processes is a
strong plus
