Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:As a Reservationist at Bottega Napa Valley, you will be responsible for handling incoming reservation inquiries via phone or email, providing information about availability and assisting guests in making reservations based on their preferences and requirements.Key Tasks:

Accurately input reservation details into Bottega's reservation system, including allergies and seating preferences.
Confirm reservations with guests via email or phone.
Assist guests with inquiries, requests, or changes to existing reservations, ensuring guest satisfaction and retention.
Prepare daily reservations sheet for lunch and dinner service.
