Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Executive Sous Chef to oversee
front-of-house operations at Early to Rise, a unique brunch
destination in San Francisco's Nopa neighborhood. The ideal
candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for
detail, and strong leadership skills. Key responsibilities include
kitchen operations management, menu development, team leadership,
quality assurance, cost management, and guest experience
enhancement. Qualifications include 5+ years of professional
kitchen experience, excellent communication and interpersonal
skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Benefits
include competitive salary, medical insurance, and a loyal customer
base. Compensation is $75,000-$85,000 annually.
