Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to support its
commercial team in negotiating and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate commercial transactions with a variety of customers and
vendors
Collaborate with the commercial legal and sales teams to improve
core commercial documents and processes
Facilitate automation and efficiencies in partnership with Legal
Operations
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience negotiating commercial contracts in the
healthcare or SaaS sector
Ability to manage a high volume of contracts under tight
timelines
Demonstrated independence and interest in working within a small
team
Proven ability to build relationships across technical, design, and
sales teams
Creativity in addressing novel contractual issues in a fast-paced
environment
