Job Description:
The Project Coordinator will manage Crossbore Inspection
projects from start to finish, ensuring efficient scheduling and
communication with crews, vendors, and internal leadership. They
will update and maintain databases, handle large Excel datasets,
and track project information to ensure accuracy and timeliness.Key
Responsibilities:
- Work with Crossbore Inspection Crews: Collaborate with
inspection crews to ensure smooth operations and effective
communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project Coordination Support: Provide comprehensive support
from the initial planning stages through to the completion of
inspections, ensuring all project milestones are met.
- Vendor Coordination: Distribute work to vendors, ensuring they
have the necessary information and resources to complete their
tasks.
- Crew Scheduling: Schedule inspection crews in the most
cost-effective and time-efficient manner, optimizing resource
allocation and minimizing downtime.
- Database Management: Update and maintain database systems with
accurate and timely information.
- Excel Data Management: Handle large datasets in Excel, ensuring
data integrity and accuracy.
- Information Tracking: Track project information and progress,
ensuring all data is up-to-date and accessible.
- Internal Leadership Communication: Reach out to internal
leadership to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure
alignment with project goals.Required Qualifications:

effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate
teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- This position pays between $76,000 and $120,000 annually and is
an exempt position.
