job summary: Tatum by Randstad is partnering with a San Francisco-based Software Company on their search for an experienced NetSuite Administrator. The ideal Consultant will assist with the optimization of their Accounts Receivable/Billing workflows and reporting within NetSuite. This includes configuring and customizing the system to meet the needs of the organization, troubleshooting any technical issues that arise, and ensuring data integrity and security. The compensation range for this 1+ month engagement is $45/hr. to $65/hr. based on experience. This can be a fully remote role, and would be ok with part-time consultants as well. location: San Francisco, California job type: Contract salary: $45 - 65 per hour work hours: 8 to 5 experience: 5 Years responsibilities:

• Customize and configure NetSuite to meet the specific needs of the organization
• Work closely with key stakeholders to gather requirements and implement changes
• Optimize Billing and AR workflows within NetSuite
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise
• Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials for end users
• Manage user access and permissions within NetSuite as needed
• Collaborate with IT and other teams to integrate NetSuite with other systems as needed (i.e. Salesforce) qualifications:
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite functionality and configuration options
  • Prior experience with Accounts Receivable Automation utilizing NetSuite
