Come be a part of something big at Mochi Health!About The Role:The Chief of Staff will work closely with the CEO and leadership team at Mochi Health to advance strategic initiatives, optimize cross-functional operations, and ensure company-wide alignment with our mission to improve patient-centered healthcare. This role requires a proactive leader with strong organizational and strategic skills.What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to define, prioritize, and implement strategic goals
• Oversee and drive cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables align with organizational priorities
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, providers, and team members
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes within healthcare to inform decision-making and strategic planning
• Facilitate collaboration across departments, breaking down silos and driving operational efficiency
• Conduct research and analysis on healthcare policy, market dynamics, and emerging industry trendsWho You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in biology, biomedical engineering, healthcare administration, or related STEM field; advanced degree preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Excellent strategic planning and project management abilities, with a high capacity for handling multiple initiatives
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry policies
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions
  • Adaptable, collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentCompensation and Benefits:The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $180,000 to $250,000, in addition to equity and benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations.
