Job Description:

We are a well-established modern practice located in beautiful Roseville, California, looking for that special person to join our team. We want someone who is outgoing and has a friendly personality with excellent communication skills, and the ability to relate well to our referring dentists and other professionals, but most importantly, the ability to relate and care about our patients. Our state-of-the-art practice is focused mostly on implants, periodontal plastic surgical procedures, advanced sinus and ridge augmentation procedures, and complex interdisciplinary periodontal-prosthetic cases. We also implement the use of Intravenous sedation on many of our cases. We have all the commensurate equipment for a complete Digital Workflow including a CBCT (iCAT), digital image scanner for 3D printing and Invisalign, lasers, digital radiographs, etc. Ideally, we would find someone who would become a partner after an associateship. This transition towards partnership will develop as his or her practice grows and we are offering both full and part-time options. We will provide you with personal improvement and periodontal management training. By doing so, will help you understand the goals of the practice and work to obtain these goals, both independently and in the direction of the management team. Periodontal skills can be learned but developing and maintaining a practice is based on relationships, people skills and most importantly hard work. All experience levels are welcome to apply.
