Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business SOX Controls Leader
responsible for overseeing internal finance controls testing and
monitoring activities.
Key Responsibilities
Drive technical accounting compliance and establish the SOX Testing
Framework
Assess the effectiveness of processes and controls and manage
relationships with external auditors
Lead a team, managing assignments, career development, and
performance reviews
Required Qualifications
7-10+ years of external public accounting experience or
equivalent
CPA, CISA, or other professional certification
Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, STEM majors, or
Business Administration
Located in the US, preferably Cincinnati, OH
Experience leading programs or projects
