Senior Principal Program Manager, Strategic Business OperationsThis is a hybrid role that supports in-person events and will require you to be located in the Greater Seattle area.Your future teamWe are looking for an experienced Strategic Business Operations Program Manager to oversee business and site operations across all of North America for Atlassian. As a member of the CTO Strategic Initiatives team, your role will be responsible for driving the successful planning, execution, and delivery of strategic site programs. These programs are crucial in our endeavor to establish a world-class engineering organization and create an exceptional workplace experience for Atlassian's North America employees.Your roleYou will bring a strong blend of program management skills, a proven track record in managing end-to-end strategic programs, a deep understanding of operational management in a large company, with the ability to build strong partnerships with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.Create impact and collaborate with a diverse set of partners on a variety of teams to address business problems including:

• Build vibrant and productive regional environments where teams work harmoniously, united by Atlassian's core values.
• Retain and develop talent that raises the bar for Atlassian's engineering organization.
• Build a culture of 'giving back to the community' in the sites, partnering with Foundation advocates.
• Work on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs across teams, and plans to be ahead of the market.
• Become a trusted strategic partner through the structure and clarity of your work.
• Build and own decision-making framework for issues improving the Americas sites.
• Establish goals and metrics to measure the effectiveness of site leadership efforts.
• Provide regular updates and reports on efforts, including progress against goals, project status, and market insights.Minimum Requirements
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant work in business operations, site management, HR, or event planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including experience with facilitating meetings and engaging with an executive audience).
• Experience leading high-impact programs or projects with a strong sense of urgency and commitment.
• Demonstrated flexibility and a history of delivering results in an ambiguous and fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to roll up your sleeves and get things done through taking calculated risks and experimenting with new solutions.CompensationAt Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:Zone A: $164,500 - $219,300Zone B: $148,000 - $197,400Zone C: $136,500 - $182,000This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.Please visit go.atlassian.com/payzones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones.
