Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to assist
shareholders with inquiries in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Perform research during and after calls to resolve issues
Document call notes and maintain required performance metrics
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience
Previous experience in a high-touch customer service role
Comfortable using technology and working in multiple systems
Flexibility regarding schedule and daily duties
