Job Description:
A company is looking for a part-time, remote Talent Scout who is
passionate about discovering and connecting with top talent through
social media and online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential candidates through social media
platforms
Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates'
skills and cultural fit
Maintain relationships with potential candidates for future roles
and collaborate with project managers
Required Qualifications
1+ year in talent acquisition, recruiting, or social media
sourcing
Experience in remote and project-based environments
Strong understanding of social media platforms and talent sourcing
tools
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Team player with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
