management secure, reliable, and scalable.About the RoleAs a
Commercial Account Executive at Stytch, you will be responsible for
driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding our
presence within existing accounts. You will work closely with
cross-functional teams, including Solutions Engineering, Marketing,
Product, and Developer Success, to deliver tailored solutions that
address the unique needs of our clients. This role is ideal for a
motivated sales professional with a proven track record of
exceeding targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.This is
a hybrid, full-time position based in the SF Bay Area. We aren't
looking for someone to be in-office 5 days per week, but are
looking for someone who is excited to collaborate in-person on a
weekly basis (2-3 days per week in-office).What We're Looking
For
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue
targets and expand Stytch's market share within the commercial
segment.
- Identify, prospect, and engage with potential customers through
outbound efforts, leveraging your network and industry
contacts.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and
discovery to negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
at target accounts, including C-level executives, decision-makers,
and technical teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide customer feedback,
inform product development, and optimize go-to-market
strategies.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations
that highlight the value of Stytch's solutions and address specific
customer pain points.
- Accurately forecast sales pipeline and maintain up-to-date
records in CRM systems.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and
emerging technologies to effectively position Stytch as a thought
leader in the authentication space.What Excites Us
- 2+ years of experience in commercial sales, preferably within
the SaaS or technology industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a
high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of authentication, security, and identity
management solutions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation
skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with
senior-level executives and technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a
dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales engagement tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is
preferred.Bonuses
- Technical background (solutions engineering experience and/or
light coding experience)

- Experience in the Identity & Access Management space
- Experience selling to Tech Companies, Finserve, Fintech and/or

$160,000 - $180,000. The anticipated OTE range is not inclusive of
full benefits including equity, health care insurance, time off,
paid parental leave, etc. This base salary is accurate based on
information at the time of posting. Actual compensation for hired
candidates will be determined using a number of factors including
experience, skills, and qualifications.We're looking to hire a
