Job Description:
A company is looking for an RCM Supervisor to lead a team
managing billing processes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, coach, and evaluate associates to foster a productive team
environment
Build strong relationships with clients and address their issues
effectively
Understand and manage relevant performance indicators and propose
improvement plans
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
At least 2 years of customer service experience
At least 2 years of experience in medical billing, cash posting,
and charge entry
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook,
and Word
In-depth knowledge of the behavioral or post-acute healthcare
industry
