country.The successful Resident Services Coordinator II will
facilitate and implement core programs as delegated by the program
model. Responsibilities include:
- Collecting and recording data to measure program outcomes.
- Identifying human and community service needs of
residents.
- Developing strategies to link residents with needed
services.
- Building community partnerships that bring services and notice
to the property.
- Delivering direct services when other services are not
available.
- Actively participating with other staff working toward resident
stability.Pay: $27.00-32.50/hour DOEBenefits

- Collect required data for designated program components and
maintain reporting requirements.
- Evaluate outcomes of programs and services delivered.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of residents through
needs assessments and community meetings.
- Participate in and/or lead activities that build professional
capacity and enhance working relationships.Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) years of experience in community development, social
services, or related field.Preferred Qualifications
- Two (2) years experience working with individuals with mental
health issues.
- Two (2) years working with senior and developmentally disabled
populations.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Experience conducting community assessments and organizing
community groups, events, or programs.
- Experience supervising staff.Knowledge and Skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong verbal, writing, and listening skills.
- Proficient with MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and
Outlook).
- Maintain confidentiality and obtain appropriate release of
information as necessary.
- Able to work with individuals facing various challenges.At
