Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Support Specialist who will
enhance the member experience and resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for inbound calls, live chat, and
email inquiries
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve
member issues
Conduct proactive outreach to members regarding satisfaction
surveys and product feedback
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED required; Associate Degree or higher
preferred
2+ years of customer service experience required
Technical proficiency in MS Office and relevant tools, including
ZenDesk
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and handling of protected health
information (PHI)
Healthcare and/or medical office experience strongly preferred
