SummaryPlans and directs day-to-day operations and strategic
direction of multiple, large construction projects as well as
mentor team members.Job SummaryResponsible for all aspects of data
center design & construction for the respective project from
project inception through design, procurement, construction,
commissioning, and hand-over of an operating facility, which could
include ground-up construction, fit-outs, remodels, etc.
Responsible for driving a safe, quality-first culture, ensuring
that all applicable codes, standards, and good construction
practices are followed. Ensuring that internal controls are adhered
to at each step of the process through effective contract
administration including generation, review, management, and
monitoring of prime contracts, subcontracts, change orders, cost
forecasts, and other pertinent documents and
documentation.ResponsibilitiesProject Management
- Leading a team of PMs on multiple construction projects in
northern Europe.
- Lead by example on safety, standards, and culture.
- Manage and monitor project progress, quality, and compliance
with building regulations.
- Ensuring projects are meeting or exceeding company
expectations.
- Overview of project risk registers.Vendor Relations
- Direct external vendors per project comprising general
contractors, A&E design teams, commissioning agents, equipment
suppliers, etc.
- Contributes to establishing and maintaining high value
relationships.Training Programs
- Participates in training programs and ensuring developing teams
skills.Contract Administration
- Manages contract administration procedures including
generation, review, and monitoring of prime contracts,
subcontracts, change orders, cost forecasts, and other pertinent
documents and documentation.
- Liaising with local authorities and relevant State agencies and
departments.Leadership
- Coordinates all internal and external project team members
including internal Design, Procurement, Operations, Commercial, and
IT/Network support teams.
- Leading by example with strategy and structure.Policy &
Procedure Development
- Manages to maintain best-in-class policies and procedures.
- Manages project closure, handover, and lessons learned
processes are established and implemented.Qualifications & Skills
- HNC/HND or equivalent in construction, construction project
management, and/or Services engineering or with equivalent
experience.
- Proven years of experience in project and construction
management that will include critical Infrastructure for Data
Centers, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or similar environments.
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout the EMEA.
- Customer focus and excellent soft skills.
- Self-motivated and flexible and creative, solving day-to-day
delivery problems that require Director escalation in a fast-paced
industry.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant statutory regulations and
industry best practice.
- Establishing project roadmaps and its verification.
- Being decisive and persistent in closing out issues- keeping
your promise.
- Experienced in Construction procurement methodologies.
- MS Office including MS Project, Excel, and Visio skills and

this position in the following location is / locations are:
- San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $179,000 to $304,000 per
year
- California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York,
New Jersey, Washington state: $172,000 to $293,000 per year
- Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island: $159,000 to $271,000 per
yearOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new
hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and
location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including
job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or
training.This position may be offered in other locations. Your
recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your
preferred location during the hiring process.The targeted pay range
listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus,
equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity
